I built a full stack web and mobile application for sample tracking. This was a dashboard that allowed CRUD operations on R&D data.
I designed and built a full stack web and mobile application and parts of the database for clinical sample tracking.
I used Next.js app router to build a BFF (backend-for-frontend) and deployed the app using a reverse proxy to an Apache2.0 web server.
For the database, I built API actions using Oracle SQL and Python to allow usage both by the full stack app and also for other R&D use cases.
I organized R&D data in an unstructured excel spreadsheet using excel commands to load data into an SQL database. This made queries that originally took days of manual sifting and organization take seconds instead.
